Opportunities at The Lash Addict

Lash Artist

Our Lash Artists are trained in The Lash Addict’s signature approach to lash artistry. We specialize in customized, natural-looking lash extensions and lash services that prioritize the health and integrity of the natural lashes.

As a Lash Artist, your role is to provide beautiful, consistent results while helping each guest feel safe, cared for, and confident in your expertise.

Our artists learn how to:

• Assess natural lashes for safe application
• Customize lash designs based on the guest’s natural lashes, eye shape, lifestyle, and desired look
• Select appropriate lengths, curls, diameters, and styling
• Prioritize long-term lash health
• Communicate clearly during consultations
• Provide a consistent and elevated guest experience
• Follow detailed sanitation, safety, and service protocols

Whether you are newer to lashing or already experienced, we provide structured onboarding, mentorship, and continued support to help you grow within our standards.


Guest Care / Reception

Our Guest Care team is the heartbeat of the front desk and plays an essential role in the guest experience.

This role is not just answering phones or checking guests out. Guest Care helps create the calm, seamless, professional experience The Lash Addict is known for.

A typical shift may include:

• Greeting guests and checking them in and out
• Managing appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes
• Communicating with guests by text, phone, and email
• Monitoring intake forms and flagging important details for artists
• Supporting daily team communication
• Helping maintain a clean, organized salon environment
• Assisting with guest follow-up and rescheduling
• Supporting artists with room flow and transitions
• Helping with administrative projects and salon operations

As part of our Guest Care team, your role is not to sell, but to support. You help create a welcoming, thoughtful experience that reflects the level of care we are known for.

All new team members go through a thoughtful onboarding process designed to set you up for success. From there, development continues through hands-on experience, collaboration, and ongoing guidance from our team.
